1. Who we are
pirapirePy is an app developed and published by Irundy Apps — Capiatá, Paraguay — [email protected] ("Irundy Apps" or "we"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance
By using pirapirePy you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The first time you open the app you are asked to accept them; if we change them in a relevant way, we will ask you again. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3. What pirapirePy is (and what it is not)
3.1. pirapirePy is a notebook to log your income and expenses, see your totals and follow your savings goals. Every number comes from what you log.
3.2. pirapirePy is not a bank, a wallet or an exchange: it does not hold, receive, send or move money, in regular currency or in crypto. USDT and USDC are only currency names for logging amounts: the app does not connect to any exchange, wallet or blockchain, and has no addresses or keys.
3.3. pirapirePy does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The app's notices (for example, "Will you make it to the end of the month?" or "unusual spending") are simple calculations with your own data, not recommendations.
3.4. You enter the USDT and USDC rates yourself. The "≈" total in your main currency is approximate.
3.5. pirapirePy is not a government app, nor an app of any bank or financial institution.
4. Your data and your backups
Everything you log stays on your phone. Making backups is your responsibility (Settings → “Backup of your data”). If you delete the app or its data, or lose your phone without a backup, what you logged is lost and we cannot recover it, because we do not have it.
5. No warranties
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it works without errors or interruptions, or that voice input always understands what you say correctly: check each amount before saving it.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irundy Apps is not liable for damages, losses or decisions that you or anyone else make based on what the app shows. If a competent authority finds that liability exists, it is limited to what you paid Irundy Apps for the app in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits the rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
7. Permitted use
Use pirapirePy personally and lawfully. You may not copy, decompile or redistribute the app except as permitted by law, or use it to deceive or harm other people.
8. Age
pirapirePy is intended for adults according to the law of your country.
9. Pro, purchases and ads
The free version shows Google AdMob ads, which are not our recommendations and never cover your numbers or the app's notices. The Pro version is bought in the app store (for example, Google Play): billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by that store's terms.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its texts and the "pirapirePy" and "Irundy Apps" brands belong to Irundy Apps or its licensors.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always in the app and at https://irundyapps.com/legal/pirapirepy/. If the change is relevant, we will ask you to accept it again.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Capiatá, Paraguay, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer, including the right to file a complaint with the authorities of your country.

1. Controller

2. In one line
What you log (amounts, categories, notes, goals, rates) stays only on your phone. We do not receive it or store it on any server, and you do not need to create an account.
3. What the app stores on your phone
Your entries, categories, goals, reminders, rates and settings, in a database inside the app (the home screen widget uses it too).
Your acceptance of these texts (date and version) and your preferences (language, theme, notifications).
None of this leaves your phone unless you decide so: a data backup, an Excel file or a PDF that you share, or a "shared pocket" that you send by WhatsApp, Drive or another app. It is deleted from Settings or when you uninstall the app.
4. Voice
When you tap the microphone, dictation is done by your phone's speech recognition (for example, Google's), which may process the audio under its own policy. pirapirePy only receives the text, uses it to fill in the amount and the category, and does not store the audio.
5. Technical data from third-party services
For the app to work, improve and be funded, we use services that collect technical and usage data, never your amounts, categories, notes or name:
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google): which screens are used and what fails, with a random identifier of the installation, the device model, the language and the approximate country. It can be turned off in About → “Anonymous statistics”. Google keeps statistics for up to 2 months and crash reports for up to 90 days.
• Google AdMob (Google): the ads in the free version, with the advertising ID, device data and interaction with the ads.
• Google Play: processes the purchase of the Pro version. We only receive the purchase confirmation.
• Our own anonymous measurement (Irundy Apps server on Cloudflare): how many times the app is opened and its recommendations are tapped; only the day, the app and the type of event, without any phone identifier.
• “Suggest a correction” (Irundy Apps server on Cloudflare): if you use it, we send the text you write, the language and the app version. Do not write personal data there.
• “Invite a friend” (Irundy Apps server on Cloudflare; Google Play version only): if you invite someone or installed the app from an invitation, a random code for this installation, which says nothing about you, is sent so we can count the friends who joined and give them their Pro days. Google Play passes the app the code of the invitation it was installed from.

6. Purposes and legal basis
We use this technical data so that the app works and is secure, to improve it and to show ads. Where the law requires your consent (for example, in the European Union and the United Kingdom), you are asked through Google's consent form and your choice is respected; personalized ads are only shown with that consent. We do not sell data and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Outside those places, Google may show personalized ads using your phone's advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in your phone settings.
7. International transfers
Google and Cloudflare services may process technical data outside your country (for example, in the United States), with recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law of your country, you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent. Since what you log does not leave your phone, for that it is enough to edit or delete it in the app. For technical data you can turn off statistics in the app, reset your advertising ID in your phone settings or write to us at [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. In Paraguay, Law No. 7593/2025 on Personal Data Protection applies; in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For the law of another country, consult that country's data protection authority.
9. Minors
The app is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Security
What you log is protected by the security of your own phone: we recommend using a screen lock. Third-party services use encryption in transit.
11. Changes and contact
